Planning a Technical Company Website: Connecting Services, Cases, and Enquiries

Start with the visitor decision path

A technical company website does more than introduce the business. Visitors usually identify a problem, look for a relevant service, review context from a case, and then decide whether to enquire. The site structure should connect those steps so each page provides a useful next action.

Create content that can be maintained

  • Service pages explain the use case, scope, primary deliverables, and enquiry path.
  • Case pages retain public project context, work scope, and delivery status without presenting proposals as completed work.
  • Articles link back to related services and verified cases.
  • Forms route enquiry types so the response team receives meaningful context.

Each language version needs its own review of title, description, image alternative text, and download material. When content changes, verify its source and public scope before building and reading back the released page.

Assign an owner and review date to every service, case, and download page so content changes do not leave an outdated route in the enquiry path.

Use internal navigation to reduce effort

Link services, cases, and technical articles in both directions. Visitors at different decision stages can then find the right context without starting from the home page again.
