What is a T-REC (Green Power Certificate)? Can ShiHe help me trade them?

T-REC is Taiwan's Renewable Energy Certificate; one certificate is generated for every 1,000 kWh of green power. ShiHe Intelligent not only assists with equipment installation but also integrates a "Green Power Tracking System" to automatically record output and handle certificate applications. This is crucial for companies under supply chain carbon reduction pressure (such as Apple RE100) or those needing to report ESG data. We can help resell surplus green power to other companies, creating additional revenue.

How is the safety of the energy storage system guaranteed? Can it provide power immediately during a blackout?

We use Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) batteries that comply with the international IEC 62619 safety certification, equipped with ShiHe's patented BMS (Battery Management System). In microgrid mode, when Taipower loses power, the system can switch to "Islanding Mode" within 20 milliseconds to provide emergency power for critical loads (such as server rooms and security systems), ensuring production lines do not suffer huge losses due to voltage drops.

How long does the entire process take from evaluation to grid connection?

The standard process is typically divided into three stages: preliminary evaluation and contract signing (approx. 1 month), administrative procedures and Taipower grid connection application (approx. 3-5 months, depending on regional progress), and engineering construction (approx. 1-2 months). The total time required is about 6-9 months. ShiHe has extensive experience communicating with Taipower, allowing us to effectively anticipate regulatory hurdles and shorten the back-and-forth review time in administrative processes.
