Project Intro & Challenges

This ESCO project covered design, construction, and acceptance. The core was replacing old chillers with high-efficiency maglev units and optimizing cooling towers and pump frequency control.

Using EMS AI optimization, we ensured the air conditioning system operates at minimum energy consumption while meeting strict process temperature/humidity requirements. The client achieved ROI in 2.8 years, significantly boosting ESG performance.
