Does the smart care system require elderly residents to wear devices?

Some functions use wearable devices; others can use contactless sensors. Area identification and physiological measurements have different device needs. Share resident needs and room layouts to discuss suitable devices and limitations.

Where is the data stored? Is it secure?

Data can be stored locally or in the cloud. The proposal specifies storage location, retention, and authorized roles. Access and transmission controls must meet the facility’s security requirements and applicable legal and internal reviews.

How are implementation costs calculated?

Pricing depends on the facility type, size, bed count, and monitoring configuration. Network improvements and bedside power work are listed separately. The warranty lasts one year, with an optional renewal agreement.
